"The Hotel Du Vin is a real hidden gem as far as I'm concerned. Firstly, its location is superb at 300 yards from the 18th hole of the Old Course, secondly the views of the north sea are amazing and thirdly, the quality of finish and tasteful design throughout is a real pleasure to experience. In my eyes you are paying for 3 star but getting 5!"
